Smoking is allowed on balcony only. Parties are not allowed. Please be respectful of 'rules of Dubai' and the neighbors. In case of any loss of access card or parking card, and key guest will be charged AED500 each and AED150 respectively. Any late check out after 11 AM is subject for a one (1) whole night fee. Tourism Fee is to be collected upon check in by cash as AED 10 per booked room per night for the first thirty (30) days only.
