Preparation for Clients Prior to Pest Control:
1. Ensure that pests are kept away from the residence.
2. In the case of a cockroach infestation, the kitchen must be completely cleared; this includes removing all utensils and food items, which should be properly covered.
3. All electronic devices should be stored safely and covered.
4. Protect all baby items, such as toys, school bags, and cot mattresses.
5. Access to the entire flat is required for effective pest control.
6. No individuals should remain in the home during the pest control process.
Post-Pest Control Client Preparation:
1. Following pest control, no one should remain in the home for at least 4 hours.
2. After 4 hours, one person may enter the premises, open all windows and air conditioning units for ventilation for a duration of 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes of ventilation, normal dry mopping can be performed to clean the home; wet mopping should be avoided.
4. Do not leave food waste overnight, as it may attract pests.
5. Eliminate unnecessary items such as papers, plastic coverings, and cardboard boxes, as these can
provide hiding places for pests and facilitate breeding.
6. Any gaps in door frames should be sealed with cement, and cracks in sinks and washbasins should be repaired.
