📋 Before Your Appointment – Please Note:

• Clear kitchen, bathroom & storage areas in advance (especially if you’ve noticed cockroaches or ants in cabinets)

• Remove food, utensils, pet bowls, and any valuables from treatment areas

• Vacate the premises during and shortly after treatment – pets included

• Ensure full, unobstructed access to all required areas

• If access is blocked or restricted, the service fee is non-refundable

🛡️ After the Visit – Safety & Precautions

⚠️ Vacate the Premises

• Leave the premises for 3–4 hours after spray treatment (including pets, adults, and children).

• If only gel treatment were applied, you would not need to leave the house.

• Special Health Conditions:

• 🚨 Inform us in advance if anyone in the home has:

  • Allergies

  • Asthma

  • Pregnancy

  • Newborns (under 2 years old)

  ➤ In such cases, you must vacate the home for 8 hours after treatment for safety.

💨 Re-entry Instructions

• Ventilate the space for at least 30 minutes before reusing (open all windows & doors).

• Avoid cleaning the treated areas for 7 days to allow full effectiveness.

• Keep areas clean and seal cracks or entry points to prevent re-infestation.

• Full effect may take up to 2 weeks. Please be patient during this period.

Building Work Permits

• If your building management requires a Work Permit, NOC, or prior email approval, please:
  • Share the requirement with us in advance
  • For Emaar & Nakheel properties – we will apply from our office
  • Damac properties require a 24-hour notice for work permit requests

✅ Warranty

• If pests return within 14 days, we’ll provide a free re-treatment of the same area.

• Warranty covers only the original pest type and service area (not new issues).
