Before Our Visit:

• ✅ Clear Access Required:
  Please empty the garage and any areas around the manholes before our team arrives. This ensures smooth and effective treatment.

After the Visit: Safety & Precautions ⚠️

🚪 Vacate the Premises:

• All residents, including adults, children, and pets, must vacate the property for 3–4 hours after treatment.

• Do not enter the garage or garden area for at least 4 hours after the service.

💧 Do Not Wash Treated Areas:

• Please avoid washing the garage area or manholes for at least 4 hours after treatment.

👶 Special Health Considerations:
If anyone in your home has the following conditions, please inform us in advance:

• Allergies

• Asthma

• Pregnancy

• Infants under 2 years old: In such cases, we recommend vacating the home for 8 hours after treatment for extra safety.

🚨 IMPORTANT for Newborns & Pregnancy:
If there is a newborn baby, pregnant woman, or child under 2 years, the entire household must stay out of the property for 8 hours.

🏢 Building Management Approvals:
If your community or building requires a Work Permit, NOC, or prior email approval, please ensure:

• You notify your building management in advance

• You share a copy of the approval with us before the scheduled visit

✔️ For Emaar and Nakheel communities, we will apply for permits directly from our office.
❗ For Damac properties, 24 hours notice is required to request a work permit. Please confirm your booking accordingly.
