📌 Know This Before You Book

Before the Visit:

• 🧼 Clear out kitchen, bathroom & storage areas before the pest control treatment.

• 🍽️ Remove food, utensils, pet bowls & valuables – especially if ants or cockroaches are found inside cabinets.  (If cabinets are clear, emptying isn’t necessary.)

• 🚪 Ensure full access to all rooms and problem areas.

• 🐶 Vacate the apartment with pets during and immediately after treatment.

Important Booking Terms:

• ❌ If access is blocked, the service fee is non-refundable.

⚠️ After the Visit – Safety & Precautions

🚪 Vacate the Premises

• Please leave the premises for 3–4 hours, including pets and all household members.

• For gel-only treatments, there is no need to vacate.

• If anyone in the home has allergies, asthma, is pregnant, or has other health sensitivities, let us know in advance. We recommend staying away for 8 hours in such cases.

• For households with a newborn, expecting mother, or child under 2 years, an 8-hour vacancy is mandatory. 🚨

✅ Post-Treatment Guidelines

• Do not clean treated areas for at least 7 days, to ensure effectiveness.

• Keep your home clean and seal cracks or entry points to prevent future infestations.

• Allow up to 2 weeks to see the full results of the treatment.

🏗️ Work Permit Requirement

If your building management requires a work permit, NOC, or pre-approval email, please arrange this before the scheduled visit:

• 🏢 EMMAR & Nakheel properties – We’ll handle permit applications from our office.

• 🏢 Damac Properties – A 24-hour notice is required. Please ensure the email request is sent in advance.

🛡️ Warranty Period 

If ants return within 14 days of treatment, we’ll re-treat the same area for free.
🔒 This warranty covers only the originally treated pest and area. New pest issues are not included.
