Before the Visit:
Store utensils, toys, and food preparation items safely
Close all windows and doors during outdoor fogging treatment
Remove or cover any items exposed to the air
Ensure full access to all treatment areas
Important:
If access to treatment zones is blocked, the service fee will not be refunded
Vacate the premises for 3–4 hours after treatment (including pets and adults).
Ventilate the area for at least 30 minutes before re-entering.
Avoid wiping treated surfaces immediately.
Regularly monitor for stagnant water or new breeding areas.
Health Considerations:
Inform us if anyone in the home has allergies, asthma, pregnancy, or other health conditions requiring special care. In such cases, a minimum of 8 hours vacating the premises is necessary.
If there is a newborn, expecting mother, or child under 2 years old, please vacate for 8 hours post-treatment.
Additional Precautions:
Avoid cleaning treated areas for 7 days.
Maintain cleanliness and seal cracks to prevent re-infestation.
Full treatment effect may take up to 2 weeks.
Work Permit Requirements:
If your building management requires a permit, NOC, or email authorization, please provide these documents to us. (For EMMAR & Nakheel properties, we handle permits directly.)
Damac management requires a 24-hour advance notice for work permit requests from contractors
If pests return within 14 days of treatment, we will re-treat the same area free of charge.
This warranty applies only to the original service and pest type and does not cover new infestations.
