Vacate the Premises:
Stay out of the area for 1 hour after treatment (including pets and adults).

Avoid wiping treated surfaces immediately after the service.

Keep an eye out for stagnant water or new potential breeding areas.
Health Conditions—Inform Us! 🚨
If anyone in the home has allergies, asthma, pregnancy, or other health concerns, please notify us beforehand.
In such cases, a minimum 8-hour vacate period is required.
Special Note for Newborns and Pregnant Women 🚨:
If there is a newborn, expecting mother, or a child under 2 years old in the home, please stay out of the premises for 6 hours after treatment.
Avoid Cleaning Treated Areas:
Refrain from cleaning these areas for 7 days.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Seal any cracks or gaps to help prevent pests from returning.
Full Effect:
Allow up to 2 weeks for the treatment to reach its full effectiveness.
If your building management requires any permit, NOC, or email from your side, please send them to us to share accordingly.
For EMMAR & Nakheel properties, we will handle the permit application from our office.
For Damac Management, please note that a 24-hour advance email request from the contractor is required for the work permit.
Disinfection does NOT kill insects. For insect control, a proper pest control treatment is necessary.
Before Disinfection: Clean the area thoroughly.
During Treatment: Store food properly and turn off the AC.
After Treatment: Keep windows and doors closed for 15–20 minutes.
Frequency: We recommend repeating the service every 6 months for optimal results.
